Questionnaire

Our preference‑based self‑assessment questionnaire consists of 112 sentence pairs. For each pair, you will be asked to choose the statement that best describes your working style. The questions focus primarily on work‑related preferences. There are no right or wrong answers – you choose the better direction.

There is no time limit; however, completing the questionnaire typically requires about 30 uninterrupted minutes. You will need to proceed question by question, and it will not be possible to go back to review or change your answers. If the questionnaire is inactive for more than 10 minutes, the system will automatically log you out and you will need to start again.

Upon purchasing the questionnaire, you will receive unique codes for each assessment purchased. These codes allow you to access the questionnaire yourself or to invite someone else to complete it. Before starting the assessment, you will be able to choose from the currently available 15 languages: English, Finnish, Hungarian, Estonian, Latvian, German, Dutch, Swedish, French, Romanian, Czech, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese. We recommend selecting the language in which you are most fluent. Once selected, all instructions will be displayed in your chosen language.

After completing the questionnaire, you will receive immediate access to your automated graphical and written report. The report presents your results across 16 factors, organised into 5 key areas. For a deeper and more personalised interpretation of the results, we recommend purchasing a debrief session.
