Debrief

A debrief provides in‑depth insight into the results of the questionnaire. It can be redeemed within 30 days of completing the questionnaire.

Upon purchasing a debrief, you will receive a unique code that allows you to book an online meeting with one of our consultants. Before redeeming your debrief code, you will be asked to share a professional CV and indicate whether there is a specific role against which you would like the questionnaire results to be benchmarked.

During the 45‑minute session, we will guide you through the interpretation of the automated report generated after completion of the questionnaire and, where applicable, provide a comparison with a selected profile aligned to the targeted role.

The debrief may be booked by the individual who completed the questionnaire. In this case, it serves as a developmental feedback session to support work‑related challenges and career decisions. The same report may also be debriefed at the request of a company that purchased the questionnaire and invited a candidate or colleague to complete the assessment.
